Memorial Day

Today, I spent most of the day at Sea World. But I forgot my camera, so people are spare of the pictures. But later in the evening, Frank and his daughter Emily came over to my place and we had a cookout. I also took some photos of the flowers on my patio.

Shreveport/Bossier City

I am sharing some pictures of Shrevport & Bossier City, Louisiana which these pictures were taken in 2002. And since then lot more changes had came about to both cities. The cities rest on the Red River in Northwest Louisiana. I had lived here since 1974, and had seen many cahnges came about both cities.

Memorial Wall

[i]I would like to bring to everyone attention, especially in honor of Memorial Day to think exactly what it is. What is suppose to represent? If anyone is near passing throught North Platte, NE, I would like to recommend to take few to tour there Memorial Center. It is off of I-80 at the Mccook exit. North Platte is a town that love the military and honor there memories of there fallen comrads. I have several ancestors and relatives name on the wall. This center honors anyone who serves in the US Armed Forces. This is my two cents for this Day, please keep in my for this coming weekend.

harsh week moving in...a new house
|

I been having a busy week, moving into a new house and with my furniture arriving. But the big thing was having my truck window smash and having things that I could not replace taken from me, I guess that is part of life. A full of disappointment...especially my 38th Birtday was this past weekend. But one thing I learn is that no one could steal your friends or family.

House warming

Everyone from my new command were over wish us in our new house and with my surprise had a cake for me and sang Happy Birthday. Yep my 38th b-day. It was a fun night, one of the best time I had in a long time. Thanks to all after the week I been having.
